GENERAL DISCIPLINE/ACADEMIC RULES

Students code of conduct is designed to serve both the classroom and the individual. It outlines students’ rights, ensuring that no student will no penalized or singled out based on anything but a violation of established rules. It also outlines students’ responsibilities, thus letting individual student know that they need to meet certain standards for their own sake and that of the entire college. This code of conduct is designed to prevent students from any misbehavior that disrupts teaching-learning process.

1. Every student should uphold the vision and mission of the college.

2. Students should wear their identity card inside the campus daily.

3. Be punctual. Reach college on time and be seated in the class before the arrival of the teacher.

4. Students without full uniform will not be allowed to attend classes.

5. During leisure hour, students are advised to use the library.

6. Ragging in any form is a serious offence and it will be dealt with severely. Students should stay away from anti-social activities. Any behavior contrary to the healthy environment of the college is deemed unlawful and punishable.

7. The use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited in the class room. Students who violate this rule will have to face disciplinary action.

8. Use of intoxicant substances, chewing of pan, pan masalas, smoking or indulging in any intoxicant substances is strictly prohibited. Offenders will be booked under the college rules and regulations.

9. Every student must wear a traditional piece of attire on the fourth Friday of every month.

10. Every student should handle the furniture and other properties of the college with care. Any damage of college furniture/property will lead to penalty or suspension from college.

11. Without the permission of the principal, students are not permitted to circulate any printed material or pamphlets.

12. Every student is expected to be polite and respectful to everyone.
