SIGNIFICANCE

EMBLEM:

  1. Sun: Truth, Fight, Transcendence.
  2. Traditional Naga House: Perseverance, Identity.
  3. Book: Knowledge and Wisdom.
  4. Shield: New outlook.
  5. Circle and Ribbon: Unity.

COLOURS:

  1. Green: Prosperity.
  2. Red: Labour, College and University.
  3. Light Blue: Conviction.
  4. Gold: Permanence.
  5. Brown: Transition.
  6. White: Purity.

Relevance to the Motto: The LOGO signifies “TRANSCEND” – from ignorance to knowledge; darkness to light, to go beyond.

Relevance to the College’s name :- The LOGO is replete with shape, figure and colours familiar to the Nagas whose abode lies in the east. Hence it is “ORIENTAL”.
